Carle Helps Philly Win 1st Playoff Game

Jakub Voracek scored on a rebound off a Matt Carle shot 2:23 into overtime Wednesday as the Flyers erased a three-goal deficit to beat the Pittsburgh Penguins 4-3 at Consol Energy Center. 

Carle will be a free agent at the end of the season.

    If he's available the Avs HAVE to try and get him. Though chances are the Flyers will lock him up for 5 more years.

    Flyers have major salary cap issues. It will be interesting to see if they can keep him. Rumors in the newspapers are he is in for a $5 million per year payday for 5 years. Not some bad coin.
