  2. Not only that, we drew Anderson again...why are we so special?!?!?!?

  3. DU is in a dogfight. Defense needs to step up.

  4. We are in trouble, defense playing sloppy and Anerson in there.

We need help on defense. 18 shots is not acceptable.

  5. We are certainly getting outworked for loose pucks especially in front of same. And, yes, that first goal resulted from Donovan misplaying the puck. Defense has to improve or we are D-U-N!

  6. Donovan has been horrible all year. He has looked lazy and has shown a fair number of moments of a very crappy attitude throughout the season. Most underchieving player of the year.

  7. I have been saying this all year about Dono. There are flashes of brilliance followed by long period of scrambling to get back in position. He should have been a forward. I will take someone like Ryder anytime. He stays home, puts the big hits on.

  8. Nice effort by Dono on the wraparound. Shows he can do it when he wants to!

  9. Interesting: Kielty no 57 lives in denver and he's one of the linesmen

  10. If this team ever played a full 3 periods, they would be unbeatable!

  11. Nice win for DU. BSU was sharp in the 1st but seemed to tire as the game went on, and DU put the nail in the coffin. Having that bye is huge I think.

Can't wait for tomorrow. Whoever we get, it should be a very exciting game.

  12. I'd like to see an all-Colorado WCHA final, up in Minnesota... especially with the recent jibberish about UM going to the big 10, the Final 5 leaving Minnesota.... lets show those people what REAL hockey is.... SCREW I-35! I'm talking I-25 here!! And ... you know... I must say it - - that CC SUCKS!

  13. That was a comprehensive beaver licking!

  14. CC and Sioux tied 1-1 after 1. CC is holding their own so far against the Sioux but those Sioux are gooood this year!

  15. Donovan needs to realize that just because you wear #4 doesn't make you Bobby Orr. Stay back and play D you don't need to stick handle past the whole team!

Good win! Take down the SIOUX!

  16. I'm so glad people other than me are tired of Donovan's crap.

  17. DU and North Dakota in the championship game on Saturday. Go DU!!!

  18. The CC vs North Dakota game was one of the best games I have seen in awhile. Hopefully, North Dakota will be all tuckered out for tomorrow night...NOT...Go DU!!!!

  19. I agree. That was one fun game to watch! Fighting Snausages against DU for the Broadmor.

  20. I have been a Dono-critic all season; he is Johnny Turnover / Captain Penalty. BUT, let's support him now and hope he gets his head on right this summer. It would take some really bad advice to make him "go pro" after this season.

He'll be OK with some maturity.

  21. A 6-2 win and all you talk about is Dono's bobble with the puck that resulted in a goal for BSU? What pitiful fans you are.

  22. I have to ask - What are NCAA rules regarding suspensions in the playoffs? If someone gets kicked out in league playoffs... can that carry over so they could be excluded from playing in the 1st round of the Nationals? My fear is, this is not the time for a guy like maybe Jackson or Ryder to "go over and say hi" to Brad Malone. Play smart boys, play smart

  23. Its the playoffs, the stakes are too high for any funny business.

The best revenge and the best way to honor Jesse is to beat the Sioux on the scoreboard. Go out there, have fun and play three periods of hockey.

  24. DU is lucky to have Dono period. Guys who skate and move the puck like him are at a premium. He's a fricking Soph and will only get better.

  25. Anderson was not at his worst yesterday, only blew a couple of calls.Wonder if he's getting the final tonight?

  26. I think more than anything, Dono is a barometer. His good vs. bad play is also such a stark contrast, it's easy to latch on to. I certainly do wish the best for him and the team.

  27. should be an interesting game tonight...first time the teams have met since the Jesse Martin hit... beat'em DU!
