That's the one disadvantage of being 6 feet 11 inches tall on ice skates and often quite innocentky running into someone who's 5'6" tall on skates. Although this particular collision, I'm sure, had just a little more umph to it...
I am sure Garth Snow is loving the way Mayfield is developing. The Isles need some "grit" in their line-up and I am sure Scott will provide that in the future after his DU career. I see him as a future top 4 d-man. Isles could have Rakhshani, Dononvan and Mayfield all in their line-up in a few years.
Awesome photo. The Post ran the same photo but now I get to add this one as the new background on my computer.
ReplyDeleteI wasn't sure where the photo came from, but its been floating around on the Twitter universe.
ReplyDeleteScott is a Cat Daddy. He wil never ever see his 4th year of college. Big TWO!!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat Pic!
ReplyDeleteI suppose this is the hit that got Mayfield a game misconduct. Looks clean to me...
ReplyDeleteI was sitting right in front of it when it happened ... clean hit. Hard it. But clean.

ReplyDeleteMarciano is 6-2, 205 - almost as big as Mayfield is. Scotty just blew him up with an NHL level hit.
ReplyDeleteBoomba.
