A Fish Called Wanda
.

Glenn Fisher was a rock tonight in goal turning away a career high 39 shots to lead DU to a 4-2 victory over Minnesota Duluth. The Junior goaltender, who was drafted in the fifth round by the Edmonton Oilers, controlled play in the Third Period thwarting several dangerous UMD efforts.
.
Matt Carle scored a goal and chipped in with two assists. Chris Butler, Tom May and Ryan Helgason also added goals for the Pioneers. Paul Stastny had three assists. The story of the night was DU's much maligned Penalty Kill unit which shut the Bulldogs down on all 6 PP's.
.
Glenn Fisher is turning into one of the top goaltenders in the WCHA lowering his GAA to 2.37, his save percentage to .911 and his WCHA winning percentage oto almost 70%.
