The Hockey News has this to say about the New York Islanders drafting of DU recruit Matt Donovan. Donovan has just completed his Junior year of high school and will play for the Pioneers in 2009.New York also provided the first big surprise of the afternoon by tabbing Matt Donovan out of Cedar Rapids in the USHL in the fourth round (96th pick); Donovan was not listed at all by Central Scouting.
