According to the Rocky Mountain News the recent Kronke radio deal with 1510 AM will affect DU hockey coverage.
The Nuggets and Avalanche recent move from The Fan (104.3 FM) to the 1510 AM frequency should be a major boost for 1510 AM, which has lived in the giant shadow of The Fan since premiering a year ago. However, broadcasting conflicts with University of Denver hockey and basketball "will have to be resolved."It sounds like the University of Denver may be seeking compensation to have its contract terminated by 1510 AM.
