does anyone know if the severe weather in northern Minnesota will effect tonight's game? I know that the NoDak SCSU game may be postponed.

I have no idea. It might be more difficult for DU & MSU to reschedule the game because of air travel considerations for Denver.
If anyone finds out either way, leave us a note. :-)
The MSU-Mankato vs. DU game will likely not be postponed. As far as I know, the team will not be flying back to Denver until Sunday, by which time travel back to the Twin Cities should be alright.
The weather down in Southwestern MN won't be great, but should not have anything to do with delaying the game.
I want blue helmet Lars wallpaper!
