There seems to be plenty of action on Google when one searches for "Tyler Bozak."
Toronto Maple Leaf fans have been lighting up their TMLFans Message Board with a "Tyler Bozak...This Year's Brunnstrom Thread." Its a good read. Supposedly, Ruegsegger is going to be "recruiting" Bozak.
We liked when an Islanders fan "knew someone who know's Tyler's roommate." According to the source, Bozak is heading to an NHL city with "surfing." If that's true, Tyler can surrender his Canadian passport at the border.
Atlanta Thrashers fans turned on each other when Bozak was mentioned on TSN.
Last night on TSN during the Ottawa Senator's broadcast, they mentioned that Ottawa is "very interested in landing Bozak."
The subscription site McKeen's Hockey has Bozak listed as the #1 Free Agent in college hockey.
TSN (the Canadian version of ESPN) announcer Darren Dreger is cousins with current Toronto Maple Leafs director of hockey operations Dave Nonis, leading conspiracy theorists to believe that Dreger got the "Bozak Story" from deep within the Maple Leafs organization.

So what are the odds TB will stay until the end of the year?
I don't think that there's ever been a situation where 26 teams have been "interested" in a free agent college player and they all know about each other.
One thing in DU's favor is the salary cap, so its not like one team could offer Bozak $5 million dollars over XMAS, and say "take it or leave it."
What Bozak has to angling for is a roster spot in the NHL and he's still going to be able to get that in March or April when the college season ends.
So if I was to place odds, I guess it would be 70-30 that he stays, but nothing is guaranteed.
Tyler:
Strike while the iron is hot bud! The Xmas break is a perfect time to sign! Think of all the great stuff you'd be able to buy your mom for Xmas. Your parents have done so so much for you right? Isn't it time to give something back to them?
One thing I think you underestimate Donald is the tremendous respect the players have for Coach Gwozdecky.
You don't pull a "mid-season" flier unless you hate your situation in Denver. I think these players are having a blast this season.
Coach mentioned the other night on his radio show that on an average night there are up to 15 NHL teams with scouts in Magness Arena. They catch the Avs game one night and DU the next.
In the 2nd half of the season every DU game will be on national television except for one. There's going to be a ton of NHL eyeballs on DU.
Shut the fuck up Dunlop...why don't you worry about your poor excuse of a WCHA team
This team has a very legitimate shot at a National Championship if they play the way they are capable of playing. This is what you strive for as a player. The money will still be there at the end of this season or next season for that matter. Ask players who have won a N.C what the highlight of their hockey career is and to a player they will tell you it was winning the N.C. Oshie passed up $ to remain with the Susies last season because he badly wanted to win a N.C. Bozy is in the same category as Oshie so he will be fine.
DG:
Come on now. You know that I know exactly what the situation is.
Anon@1005:
Why don't I blah blah blah?
Um ... Because this is AMERICA you fucking Stalinist piece of shit.
No doubt you'd prefer a world in which any opinions other than yours are suppressed but until you rise to the position of "All Powerful Ruler", I'll merrily comment any FUCKING place I feel like whenever I FUCKING feel like it.
Irks you doesn't it? Probably makes you want to do bodily harm to me huh?
Of course it does ... you America-hating PIG.
And lastly you ignorant loser FUCK ... I'm tending to the business of the team I support by advocating that Bozak leave early. YOu STUPID fucking moron.
Ty honey,
Don't you worry about it sweetie. My 94 Hyundai only has 168,000 miles on it. Your dad says we can get the clutch replaced again and it will make it until April. And the heater problem isn't that bad, besides it hasn't been that cold this winter. Just enjoy yourself dear but be careful out there on the ice. It's slippery.
Furiously typing away for no reason, as usual....
Secessionist party piece of shit…you betcha!
We need to encourage Bozak to stick around for DU's championship run. After the Pios hoist the trophy in 2009 he can head to the pros.
0 to Fail in 5 seconds, Dunlop. Not bad.
For the record, I thought your first post was funny -- It's exactly what I would say if I were a fan of any other WCHA team.
The second post is slightly disturbing ... Anon didn't exactly say you needed to kowtow before the emperor in his/hers post. Disagreement amongst sports fans is something that makes America great - not whatever fail you started yelling about.
The pups started off the season so well, what happened? I don't think that if DU were to lose Bozak before the end of the year it would help you out much.
tt:
I appreciate that you understood the context of my first post. Good on ya.
As to my other ... I don't dig being told to "shut the fuck up". I have a general rule on the internet that is similar to the U.S. strategic policy in the 60s and 70s known as MAD. That policy stated that if the US were attacked with that their response would be overwhelming.
It's "cliche" to put it this way perhaps but ...
Don't bring a knife to a gunfight.
TyBo's Mum:
I don't think your son is bothered by you having to drive around in a beater with no heater. If he was he'd sign a contract tomorrow!
