Any word on injury to Patrick W. ?

Tell you what we know which isn't much.

Chambers described it as "it appears to be a serious injury to his left knee. He strained his right MCL a few weeks ago, missing one full game and only playing on the power play in the other. He is in contention to make Team Canada’s World Junior squad, but this might take him out of the running."

Needless to say injuring his opposite knee is not a good sign at all.

Wiercoich slipped into a suit and watched the rest of the game from the Crimson Club. He was limping noticeably. Probably saw a doctor yesterday or today. Obviously his Team Canada situation is very much in the air as he is supposed to report next Saturday.

Nutini skated in the preskate on Saturday and then didn't play. On TV it looked like an ankle or a knee injury.

Supposedly someone said that Vossberg is out with some sort of an injury.

I have a 2nd confirmation that Nutini was testing the leg to see if he could go Saturday night. Clearly he couldn't and was scratched at 7 PM after the warm up skate.
