The plan was simple but ambitious. Wake up early on Saturday morning in Madison, Wisconsin and drive 90 miles to take a few photos of Boone in front of some antique automobiles.

Five hearty soles responded to the challenge.

Why do it? We want to make T-shirts and posters to kick off our "From Boonetown to Motown" Campaign to support the University of Denver hockey team on its quest to reach the Frozen Four in Detroit.

The trip was a blast and we visited the Wisconsin Automotive Museum in Hartford, Wisconsin. The 90 mile trip each-way blazed by as we saw America's Dairyland covered in snow and ice.

The trip concluded with a hearty lunch at State Street Brats back in Madison.
