Fan voting has begun to name the ten finalists for the Hobey Baker Award. The Award is given annually to the best player in college hockey. The University of Denver's Matt Carle was the only DU player to ever win the trophy in 2006.
Rhett Rakhshani & Marc Cheverie are serious contenders to be finalists this season, but don't get too wrapped up in the fan voting. The fan vote is a very small component in the voting process.
