Krach usually is very close to the P.W.R. but not this time. The 6 rating makes no sense.

Ottawa Senators Top Email
The Ottawa Senators drafted Jared Cowen with the ninth overall pick last season, and it appears they're hoping he can make the NHL club next season out of camp.
As the Sens shop for defensemen, they're apparently only looking for rental -- presumably because the 6-foot-5, 220 pound Cowen could take over next season, the Ottawa Citizen suggests.
Also, second-round pick Patrick Wiercioch may leave the University of Denver early, and he could provide a boost next year as well.
