I for one expect a notable change in Joey's game this season. He should get better and better now that's he's over the freshman hump. What's going on with the DU prospects at this weekends' NHLED?

OK....Enough of Mr Taco there. Great story in today's Denver Post by Mike Chambers, profiling local WCHA ref Don Adam. All you Ref haters, watch your ass driving through Louisville..............

Would be surprised if Laleggia got drafted,

Not a lot of defensemen in the NHL at his size.

He could have an amazing career in Europe.

He has too much talent to not get drafted. But his relatively small size (compared to your typical NHL d-man) could mean he stays at DU three years, rather than two. At least I hope so.

If Makowski is healthy next year, we will have one offensively potent defense!!!

Everybody is hoping Makowski comes back healthy after one of those unnamed "upper body injuries".

Joey isn't any smaller than Duncan Keith was during his brief stint at Mich St and he has become a full-time NHL'er...let's just wait and see on Joey, he could surprise us all
