As 70% of North Dakota students plead for 'no nickname' or, at least, addition of a UND/North Dakota option to the ballot, UND president, Robert O. Kelley, insists on the selection of a new nickname.
In an open letter in the Grand Forks Herald, an alum pleads for sanity.

The North Dakota mascot election without the No Nickname option sounds a lot like DU's 2013 mascot vote without Boone on the Ballot.
These assholes are all about rigging elections...
