Dusty's speech was a tear jerker. We had a good time, attending for the first time. Will go again for sure. Its neat to see and tall to these guys, who you only see in games, under thier helmets and masks.
Guy Gadowsky named Penn St coach. Now no more girly crying about Gwoz leaving to go there...

Well, it would certainly knock us back to 80s-level DU hockey once Gwoz leaves for Jersey. ;)

I was disappointed that no one mentioned DG and Let's Go DU when they were giving kudos at the end of the night to DU supporters. I'm glad Chambers did. I was sitting at Peg's table...maybe no one wanted to go there since Lets Go DU and DG are associated with and advocates of bringing Boone back and we know how popular Boone is with the Administration. In the final film highlight reel at the end of the night, they had a shot of Boone cheering...no Ruckus sightings in the film or at the Banquet...Go Boone!!!!

That may be true, but at least Chambers gets paid to be a hack. I'm a hack because I enjoy it.
Chambers does a great job reporting on the team and criticism from CC or North Dakota fans is a testament to that.
Great to see the fantastic turnout at the event, the uptick in sponsorship and and the many former players who came back to be a part of the evening.
Huge surprise, to me at least, that Penn State didn't go after Sandelin or Johnson.
