(above) DU's historic basketball season is winding down |
The DU men's basketball team prepares for March Madness with three Sun Belt Conference home contests. On Thursday, DU takes on Louisiana-Lafayette with the tip set for 5 p.m. On Saturday, DU welcomes Louisiana-Monroe for a 4 p.m. start time.
Ticket are only $9 and can be purchased online, or by calling 303-871-2336 or in person at the Ritchie Center Box Office.
DU currently is in third place of the Sun Belt Conference West Standings, just 1.5 games out of first. DU wraps up it's regular season schedule at home on Sunday, February 26 at 1 p.m. against North Texas.

If DU puts out the needed effort level, they should win out in those last three games at home.
That would put them at 21-8, and avoiding the extra game at the SBC tourney. Win out at the SBCs and they are dancing. Lose out, and its likely DU should get an NIT bid.
It's too bad DU had those three one-point losses.
