The University of Denver Pioneers (18-8), have climbed into second place on the strength of a seven-game winning streak. New Mexico State, (19-9), meanwhile, has a giant in its corner, 7-foot-5, 360-pound Canadian Sim Bhullar.

The University of Denver Pioneers (18-8), have climbed into second place on the strength of a seven-game winning streak. New Mexico State, (19-9), meanwhile, has a giant in its corner, 7-foot-5, 360-pound Canadian Sim Bhullar.
The Pioneers begin their stretch run Saturday at home against New Mexico State, which defeated the Pioneers 53-42 earlier this season.
"You can't change what you do because of him (Bhullar)" Scott said. "It's not about him. You have to do a good job on their team."
Scott likes how his team keeps improving.
"If we keep playing well, something good has to happen to us," Scott said. "I hope our schedule has been the thing that really has prepared us for these last three games" [read entire article].
