George Gwozdecky's troublemakers on ice
are the most penalized team in college hockey, taking turns in the sin
bin for nearly one full period per game by average.
That might be the lone serious issue for a Denver Pioneers team with its eyes on the NCAA Tournament next month.
But
DU is still clawing its way to the postseason. The Pioneers are in
jeopardy of beginning the WCHA playoffs on the road for first time since

The Goofs are good this year...but so are we if we can stay focused and out of the Penalty Box. The USCHO guys call for the Goofs to dominate this weekend. We can play with anybody but if we can't behave, our guys are gonna have to brush up on their golf skills sooner rather than later!
