Men's Soccer Surges to Number 10 in the Nation

Surging Pioneers crack the 10th spot in SoccerAmerica poll. The Pioneers continue to plow new ground with a program achieving national recognition. Expectations were high heading into the season but the results so far have exceeded nearly everyone's expectations. The big question mark is: Can they sustain this level of performance against conference foes? An NCAA bid and high seed will likely require the Pioneers win the Summit.

The men's team heads into Summit Conference play September 26th against Western Illinois on Saturday, September 26th in Macomb, Illinois.

DU beat WIU 2-0 on the road in Illinois, and come home to face South Florida on Tuesday, a non league foe that is just outside the top 20 (receiving votes).
