Tyler Bozak, Kyle Ostrow & Jesse Martin have been named to mid-season all-star teams in their respective leagues this week.

Bozak & Ostrow will be teammates in the BCHL All-Star Game in Surrey, British Columbia. Both players lead their respective teams in scoring.

The Tri-City Storm of the United States Hockey League announced on Tuesday that DU Recruit Jesse Martin will participate in the league’s 2007 Prospects/All-Star game being held Jan. 30 in Waterloo, Iowa.

Martin will all skate for the West division team. The rosters include 40 of the USHL’s best players that are divided into East division and West division teams. Martin is described by Hockey's Future as a skilled center who is a good playmaker and solid defensively and has a good work ethic.

Martin, a 5-foot-10, 185-pound forward from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, is enjoying his first USHL season. Martin is second on the team in scoring with 11 goals and 19 assists for 30 points. Martin has committed to Denver University for the fall of 2007.
