DU Recruit To Return From Injury In BCHL Playoffs
Naniamo Clippers Forward Kyle Ostrow Returns

Kyle Ostrow has been out of action for the past few weeks with an undisclosed "upper body injury."
.
Ostrow will face the Burnaby Express, featuring top NHL prospect Kyle Turris to open Round 2 of the B.C. Hockey League playoffs.

Ostrow had a whale of a regular season with 26 goals and 71 points in a mere 45 games. That was one point behind team leaders Tyler Mazzei and Brendan Mason, both of whom played all 60 games.

"(Ostrow) probably could have played this week if we played Game 6 or Game 7. It would have been nice to get him a few minutes," said coach Bill Bestwick. "He's like all the top-end guys. He makes everybody else around him better. He's dangerous and other teams have to pay more attention to him. He creates a lot of space for his linemates. His return couldn't be more timely."

I just hope he doesn't get hurt again as DU is really going to need him next year.
