From: Camrose Kodiaks Website
Up in Alberta, future DU hockey sensation Joe Colborne is off to a great start for the Camrose Kodiaks. Although he won't be wearing a Pioneer Jersey until 2008, Pioneer fans can rest assured that Colborne will be one of the top incoming recruits in college hockey next season.
Last Friday night Colborne netted three goals and added two assists as Camrose rolled to a 9-2 victory over St. Albert. Colborne leads the team with 8 goals and 7 assists in just seven games. Amazingly, his 8 goals have come on just 17 shots. He also is second on the team in +/- with +9.
