DU junior J.P. Testwuide is the older brother of CC sophomore Mike Testwuide, and the Vail natives are sure to collide more than a few times this weekend. Though they faced each other four times last season, the brothers will have a better opportunity to take some shots at each other now that J.P. has been moved to defense after spending last season at forward.
"Last year, he was a freshman and I was in and out of the lineup," J.P. Testwuide said. "This year, he's a forward and I'm a defenseman. We'll be battling the whole weekend."
The showdowns cause no small amount of stress for their parents, Paul and Janet, who will wear a half- DU, half-CC sweat shirt custom made by family friend Jillian Klingfus, who runs a sports-embroidery shop.
"The only thing I hope for is a good game where no one gets hurt," Janet Testwuide said. "It would be tough to have a 7-0 game. We know all the kids on both teams, so if there was an injury or a fight that wasn't on the up and up, that would be tough, too. As long as they do their best, that's what they play for."

Is it just me, or does that split warmup top remind you of that pit- of-the-stomach feel you get when you watch this commerical:

The shirts look good.
Personally I think she should only wear the shirt of the winning team around the house to send a message to the boys that losing is NOT acceptable and its "ok" to have a favorite son.
