This is to my knowledge, the first DU player to make an NHL all-Star team since the mid-late 1980s when Glenn Anderson and Kevin Dineen were all-stars. Correct?
Glad to see Stasny get this well deserved honor. Hopefully he breaks out of his recent scoring funk.
Glenn Anderson played in the NHL All-Star game in '84,'85,'86 & '88.
Kevin Dineen in '88 & '89.
I guess the correct answer is Stastny is the first since Kevin Dineen in 1989.
Keith Magnuson played in the All-Star game in '71 & '72.
