I don't care what anyone says about this series... this is going to be a knock down, drag out, street fight.
It doesn't matter how bad or good either team is. It's playoff time and the season starts a new.
If DU goes into these games without bringing the A game they will get beaten.
The headline in the Post was a little off- "Bulldogs just appetizer for hungry Pioneers"
To the contrary, Mr. Chambers. The first round of the WCHA may not eliminate DU from the NCAA tourney as in years past, but it has just as much importance. Duluth is no cakewalk, and the Pioneers haven't looked too "hungry" in the past couple of months. This isn't a blow-off weekend. Its a make-or-break series. It means seeding implications, it means momentum, it means a lot.
