DU Freshman Tyler Bozak is 22 years old, so its no surprise that he might leave at the end of the season if the NHL comes knocking.

Does Hollywood script this stuff? Anthony Maiani's parents and sister were involved in a car accident on their way to St. Paul to see the Final Five. Maiani finds out about the accident just before the game...(rest of the story)

That bit on Bozak was a kick in the jewels. Reality check. With him you figure he's here for at least another year, since he's only a fresman, but then you forget he's 22. I hadn't even thought of him being a flight risk until reading that article.

Bozak is likely in the fold for one more season at least. Even though he's already 22 as a freshman, he has a lot more maturing to do physically. There's no way he's ready for the NHL at 165 pounds. It will take more than just one summer of working out to pack on any significant size.

10:58....wishful thinking. I think we would all like to think Bozak will be around after this year, but you're crazy if you don't think he'll jump at a nice pro contract.

If the NHL comes calling, he'll jump, but let's hope he stays one more year at DU. He's a much more complete player than I imagined he would be...
