The NHL Ottawa Senators held talks with University of Denver star Center Tyler Bozak yesterday. They are on his short list of NHL teams. The coveted unrestricted free agent is expected to make a decision in the next couple of days.
We've heard the Avs, Columbus, Islanders & Maple Leafs are also on the short list. There may be a couple of other teams involved as well. Most media pundits think a decision may be made between today and Friday.

Via a link on HFBoards.com: "On team 990 (Toronto based sports radio station) Pierre Mcguire said that University of Denver forward Tyler Bozak was in Toronto & scheduled to be at the Leafs game tonight. They were hoping to speak with him on TSN but he has denied the request, just a few minutes ago. He apparently won't be at the game now & Mcguire seemed to assume he'll be going elsewhere."
If that's correct, I think we may be down to Ottawa & Avs.
Leafs fans don't believe the rumors and who really knows.
Of course what happens if Sid calls Tyler & says, "Tybo, I want you on the Pens." :-)
