The "Unofficial" student mascot, Denver Boone, has gone over 2,500 friends on Facebook. The number of friends has grown steadily since the mascot was unveiled at the Frozen Four hockey championship in Washington DC last April.The University of Denver has an undergraduate enrollment of just over 5,000 students.
