They are bringing in top-flight announcing talent on the DU hockey broadcasts this season. Dan Kelly, Charlie Host, Tom Helmer, Marc Stout and now Boone are forming a college hockey announcing Dream Team.
Boone asked to jump into the broadcast on Friday night and delivered a flawless performance. We'll try and find a YouTube of the video this week. Funny stuff.

Now that Boone has achieved the status of "rock star" will this mean we will have to renegotiate his contract!
One more step in advancing Boone toward the OFFICIAL mascot position. It's all about exposure. It will happen!
Boone looked great on TV. Lets hope we can get the YouTube for those that missed it.
Tom Helmer was great. If anyone thinks that doing live TV is easy, needs to check out the footage. He never missed a beat doing the highlights while Boone was hamming it up next to him. :-)
FCS carried the Gopher broadcast so I didn't get to see Boone :-(
My seats are in section 14, right next to the FSN desk. It was cool seeing Helmer and Boone bonding. Obviously now that Boone is a star, the sky's the limit.
My Dream Team (Broadcasting) would include Alanna Rizzo. I'm sure Boone would agree. Where was Alanna?
