Is there someplace, a bar perhaps, where DU fans/alumni gather in Denver to watch DU hockey? Thanks!

Just a few ideas and I'm sure others will chime in.

"The Pioneer" on University.

"Jordan's Bistro" on University & Evans.

Jim Wiste's "Campus Lounge" on University.

I've been to Jordan's before and they did not have the DU game on--SHAME!!
Campus is a DU tradition!!

Wisconsin game is at 1PM MT not 2PM.

If you are a true Pio fan, you shouldn't even consider ANY bar other than the Campus Lounge for watching a DU game. Jordan's totally sucks and has no feel as a "hockey bar".

The Campus or nothing -- if you ask me.

Pios sure look good today... They surely look like the best team in the country...

Hey DU - here's a novel thought.... try shooting the puck at the net

The badgers are making the rest of us in the wcha very happy!

This has been a poor, poor showing. It's embarrassing, really. I thought last night would be a wake-up call. Apparently not.

What.

The.

FUCK!

looks like we will be settling for just a skiing championship. If we play like this next week, we will be out first round, even the RIT/Sacred Heart winner will beat us.

What the hell happened to DU this weekend?? What a horseshit performance.

Good news! Delta Airlines Baggage Service office in Minneapolis called... they found Marc Cheverie's WIN! It somehow fell out of his suitcase. But they found it, and will overnight it to him :)

On the bright side - if there was ever a "good" time in the post season to lose 2 in a row.... this was it. So they got it out of thier systems now.... next weekend, we rock & roll

Yeah nothing like the momentum of getting whupped twice in 2 days by teams that you beat fairly easily during the regular season to build your confidence going into the NCAA's (I am DU fan BTW).

I know that they are in and will have a high PW ranking going in but you at least want to show up and play competitive hockey going into the Tourney. Yes they have injuries but they also have depth.

DU failed to even show up this weekend and a number of players were sleepwalking out there. Wizz played like crap against Cloud but they redeemed themselves today and have Mo going into the Tourney. Not so the Pios.

The senoirs better circle the wagons and get their shizz together or they will have one game left in their career at DU. They were AWOL this weekend.

The final between the St. Cloud & the Susies should be very interesting. The Susies are playing some great hockey lately as much as it pains me to admit that. They have abandoned the thuggery and are playing a highly skilled game.

This weekend was nothing short of a debacle for DU. Raise your hand if you are worried about this team's mindset heading into the NCAAs!??!! We all know the top prize is still out there, but holy crap, the Pios could have put forth a better effort this weekend. Awful performance. The good feelings after throttling CC and winning the Gold Pan and MacNaughton seem to be a distant memory.

I hope this team has something better to show us next weekend.

DU & Miami are going to have easy Brackets.

If DU can't beat SH/RIT winner next Friday and Cornell/Northern Michigan winner there needs to be an investigation.

DU will be in Detroit...H hope.

Anon @ 5:25,
DU did not beat Wisconsin this year.
UW is now 2-0-1 against DU this year.

Just relax come home regroup and win the big prize.

OK - you chummed the water - me being the Nurse shark that I am, I'm gonna bite!
This game didn't mean a thing for DU. Good for Adam. He and Sammy are the future of this school and of this league. Let Marc have his moment... and possibly his Hobey, and his Panthers contract. Every single player and Coach on both North Dakota and Wisconsin knows Goddamn well - Denver had an off weekend. Big fuggin deal. Talk to me next Sunday night when DU is booking thier tickets to "day-twah"

There. are you happy, UND. You get to beat Denver. Whoopdie Doo.

goddamn; my neck is sore from looking up at all thise NCAA Banners... Ouchie

Pretty terrible display of hockey Denver showed this weekend... even more the worst effort all season. Everyone is to blame and everyone is at fault so the question is what will this team do about it?

I'm not really hurt at the loss to the scum, nor am I hurt by missing out on the Broadmoor. Hell I wanted to skip the WCHA playoffs to escape injury into the NCAA Tournament. Fortunately we made it out with minor injuries... no huge blows like the past two years. So going in there are no excuses, they have their core and we have the team that is built to contend for a national title.

Next week I expect this team to be angry, this team better be prepared and this team better go into the regionals to play hockey. Anything short of a Frozen Four appearance is a underachievement and all the consolation trophies we have won't make up for it.

I know what you mean. 14 WCHA banners and 7 national championship banners hanging in The Ralph. Our necks are pretty sore as well.

Where the hell is your gay little check list you had earlier? I guess Mr. Boone used it to wipe his ass with it. You chicken shits took it down after you got your ass kicked twice! Give it up?

[X] Remember to send Sioux fans a postcard from Detroit.

Anyone remember Miami (Ohio) being embarrassed in their conference tourney only to come back pissed off and steam roll to within a minute of the national championship last year?

DU in 2004 is another example. Colorado College ran DU out of Magness on consecutive games, plus Connor James suffered a broken leg.
