Oh no, once again another delusional CC scrub. They need to turn their collective heads upwards and look at the rafters at the World Arena to see how successful this program has been of late.

Please, don't force us to remind or your rise to mediocrity

The sad part about CC is their their only purpose their only goal is to win the gold pan. Beating us is like their national title and it's the only thing that keeps the program living. CC is obsessed with us and where we like to kick'em around we have better things to aim for.

As for their "safty school" rant that started last series... ask the schools around the league... who is the reject. You'll find your answer.

Exactly, achs.... go ahead and take the pan... it is not what Denver is playing for. Infact, this might be a good thing; we can probably use the room in the trophy case. Sea Sea Sukz

While DU has the overall series lead and the far more successful program at a national level, CC does have more recent success vs. DU over the last 15 years or so as well as a tougher degree of academic selectivity.

In short, the Pios need to take care of business.

Last season's WCHA awards - from league web site...

WCHA major award winners and members of the various all-league teams who were honored as member of the All-WCHA Academic Team for 2009-10 included CC’s Nate Prosser, DU’s Marc Cheverie, Joe Colborne, Rhett Rakhshani, Tyler Ruegsegger and Patrick Wiercioch,

There's more...

I serve on DU's alumni admissions council. Here are some interesting facts - the hockey team's GPA is over 3.4. The team's graduation rate is higher than the university's.

This year, DU has received more than 13,000 applications for 1,100 fall 2011 freshman slots.

DU admissions student profile - middle 50 percent

ACT - 26-30
SAT (1600) - 1120 - 1340

CC is still a little higher in the middle 50, but not much

ACT - 29-32
SAT (1600) - 1280 - 1430

The value of our DU degrees is increasing each year.

Diana DeGette, a CC graduate, represents me in Congress. Enough said. She is the worst

I hold Kyle Ostrow personally responsible, to have the initiative and leadership to wake up 45 minutes early on Friday, and single-handedly check to make sure the bus heaters are working before his teammates and Coaches ever show up. BE THE LEADER, Kaptain Kyle!

Supposedly the heaters on the bus trip down to the Springs in November were blasting full bore. The driver wasn't able to fix the problem and these modern coaches don't have windows that open.

Unpleasant trip down to the Springs and a 9-2 thumping by the Tigers didn't make for a very good trip back to Denver either.

Wow, just one year removed and we're talking about "bigger prizes", "post season success", "feed the beast", ect......
I think it's time to break out the checklist and T-shirt campaign.
Or maybe you took so much s### from your 5 other DU homers to not be such an idiot this season?
Time will tell......

What would CC fans know about post season success?

Dust off your 1957 yearbooks, go drool over that '57 trophy in World Arena and leave the world class blogging & T-shirt sales to me.

One thing we can count on, CC will once again be sitting home in April and listening to Scotty give his list of favorite excuses to the alumni. To save time, he can use some that have been used in the past 53 years.

here's the truth:

DU is ranked #2, CC is ranked #20

CC=Denver's rejects.

thanks for playing CC, but DU will ALWAYS be better

I would also say count the banners in our arena.

We have 7 big banners. Then maybe 5 small little flags with WCHA titles.

You go to CC and if you can get through all the participation ribbons you can find 2 banners that matter from the days of Leave It To Beaver.

CC fans are so dumb. Once, I saw one throw a rock at the ground - and he missed. An hour later, he and his wife are driving through Colorado Springs - they pass the YMCA.... and his wife says, "oh look honey - they built a Macy's here"
