Well hopefully next weekend, #1 can come back and have a really strong WCHA home game or two. Sure sounded like he let a couple iffy ones get by him. More importantly, all these Denver guys HAVE to stop coming into these games like they just rolled out of bed and hadn't had thier coffee yet. It's a 60 minute game. They're pretty damn good at storming back from being behind..... but if they can get over that - I think they will rise to a whole new level as a team

Pick up your game DU........
All in all I will take it.
Agreed. A tie on the road in the WCHA is almost always a good result.
Thanks to some upsets DU still made up one point on North Dakota and CC lost to UAA 4-1.
It is always a great day when:
1.) DU earns WCHA points
2.) CC loses
3.) ND loses
i am eternally grateful to Ostrow for getting the tying goal.
That was really a pesky game for both teams. Neither team could hold a lead and we were lucky to get that tied when we did.
I hope we see a better defensive effort on DU's part tonight.
