It's not going to be a fun week for the guys. I bet the trip back was very unpleasant. It was either very quiet or very loud. Is it time to fire up the goaltender controversy?

I think Murray has the physical skills to succeed. It seems that he starts to lose focus when he is scored on.

Sure Murray has the tools. But does he have the head? So far, Murray has not shown the level of consistency one would have expected by junior year. He is prone to have bad streaks of poor concentration and gets rattled too easily.

I think the staff has given him every opportunity to prove himself and run with the starting job, but he has not elevated his game sufficiently as his saves percentage is under .900, which is usually death in a league like the WCHA.

I think the coaching staff has to be thinking that Juho deserves an opportunity to see what he can do as a starter...

I'd rather see a bag skate in October than March. Time for the boys to get focused. One point in Houghton is unaccaptable.

Not sure if they hit the ice this a.m. but they had a "workout" this morning. I am sure Gwoz will have their attention this week and they will come out pretty fired up this weekend against UMD. This is the beginning of Homevember, 7 straight home games this month.

I guess I wouldn't be surprised to see a Murray/Olki rotation for the next couple of weeks. Or if Murray's injury is somewhat substantial, a rotation after Murray is healthy. I doubt Gwoz will give up on Adam this quickly. Depending on how Big Sam comes back, Murray could very well be the third goalie come February.

I think Murray is ready to go. Coach said on the radio, I believe pre-game on Saturday, that Adam was asking them to play, and could have played the game, but they opted to let him rest.
