People are already Instant Messaging me on Facebook on how to purchase these things. The prototypes just arrived an hour ago.

Website link may be posted tomorrow and they will ship within 4-6 days.

No other details as of yet.

Supposedly the company can stitch the Boone onto hockey jerseys with custom numbers and names as well...

There's absolutely no reason in the world why that shouldn't be used as a 3rd jersey for DU. Or, maybe a one-off for the Denver Cup? I bet our great Alumni group can make it happen. To be politically compliant, put their stupid DU interlock thingy on each shoulder. Auction off the jerseys afterwards; or do one of those "shirt off your back" contests like the Avs and other teams do.

While both looks are awesome, the black one is SICK. I'm in.

Someone is gonna make a pile of money on these things.

It sure as hell won't be DU thanks to the Chancellor.

Nice to see these vendors doing higher and higher quality Boonewear. These are a whole new quality level and should sell very well. Can't wait!

I want one of these!

Does this mean that DU has stopped interferring with people using the Boone logo? Most of these "operations" have been shut down in the past. Also, with the hockey alumni association receiving a cut it seems that DU is on board?

DU has never shut down Boonewear sales. A few companies have shut down internet sales in fear of DU, but DU has never actively stopped it.

The hockey alumni association is also seperate from DU. The money they make is not part of DU's coffers, and the association can donate wahtever it wants.

Not sure how DU will react. LetsGoDU is not affiliated with any Boone merchandise sales although we are happy to promote products for those do sell them. If we're being a thorn in DU's side and it's pissing them off...GOOD.

None of these Boone products have any endorsement or approval from DU in any way shape or form.

That being said, by promoting these products and experimenting with different designs the brand is constantly being refined.

These embroidered hoodies look amazing in person. I think when people see them in person they are going to flip out with how cool they are.

Can't wait to get one of these. Let us know as soon as the website link is available.

Do they have xxxl and larger sizes? Just want DG to be comfortable. When he wears the 57 jersey, there is a lot of strain on the seams.

The website is up and running.

Thanks for the clarification 10:36. This will be interesting. The sweaters look great. I'll get one for sure.

A few important issues when it comes to Boone clothing.

Booone was never trademarked by Disney or by DU. DU can't the trademark word "Denver" since its a city name. "Pioneers" by itself is nickname of many high schools.

Heck DU even let Metro call themselves Metro State University of Denver.

Hey when I order one, how are they cut? Do they seem roomy enough to put over several layers?

They are plenty roomy.

The two XL protoypes I receive looked pretty large. I guess buy whatever jacket size you would get.
