Lax Creates Monday Suspense via Twitter

DU leveraged their 18,500 Twitter followers today by slowly releasing the 2016 schedule (puzzle pieces) for the defending national champs. No doubt, with changing social media habits, phones and computers were being checked during meetings, in offices, on breaks, in cars, and on trains across PioNation today. No one can accuse Coach T and the champs of coasting. Business trips to North Carolina and Notre Dame highlight the year with a Hopkins exhibition "warm-up" and the usual Big East battles. Catch the final puzzle piece on Twitter - Denver Mens Lacrosse @DU_MLAX.

LetsGoDU is now live on twitter, too! LetsGoDU @letsGoDU. Join the fun.

Competitive schedule opponent wise. but I am looking forward to the day when top programs other than Notre Dame will actually come to Barton during the regular season during the Tierney era. I'm looking at you, UNC, Johns Hopkins, Syracuse, Duke, Virginia, Maryland, and Cornell.

Defending national champions and just five home games??

Many good times just won't come to DU - they don't want to lose to us here. It's an expensive trip for most schools, and they can get a bus game opponent for a lot less money.

However, next year, I hear that some of those good teams that have been ducking us here are finally coming.

Many top lax schools are nervous about visiting us for fear their top players will fall in love with Denver and transfer out.
