DU on the "Big Sheet" Tonight vs. St. Cloud

This weekend series with St. Cloud will be the Pioneers first opportunity to play on a larger ice surface (200' X 100' vs. 200' X 85'). DU's biggest weapon this season may be team speed. As one of the only teams in the WCHA that doesn't either play on the larger ice surface or have a practice facility that size, it will be a first this season for the players, coaches and fans.

People with "Red Tailed Hawk" like vision may notice that the article below mentions that JD Corbin is on the "2nd line with Dingle & Mullen." This line will be extremely fast and will test SCSU's defense.

Coach Gwozdecky mentioned on his radio show today that Glenn Fisher will start in goal and Tom May has been suspended for undisclosed reasons until the end of the Fall Quarter (Thanksgiving).
