With the victory DU will move on to the NCAA Regionals.
DU will have their fingers crossed that they will be close to home. The host courses are Penn State, Ohio State & Erie, Colorado.
Colorado National Golf Course in Erie is the home course of the University of Colorado.
Congrats to our women golfers and their 9th consecutive title!
The men play their SBC tounry next next week, and I think both M and W Tennis tourney's areupcoming too.
By mid may, I think we are all done with SBC league play in all sports.
Thanks for the heads up. I edited the article.
Freshman Rachael Watton is an interesting story. She was highly touted in the UK and led Scotland to a rare Team victory last year.
But she struggled at DU this year and a 9th place finish was her best performance in eight college tourneys.
Obviously she pulled it all together this week.
