Judging from the multiple American flags in this photo, I'm guessing that the photo was taken in the United States of America. I could have a third American flag for confirmation, but two will have to do.
Not sure if the DU campus is considered part of the United States any more. DU has become an idealistic utopian conclave where anyone can accuse another of racism. Even inanimate objects are not free from persecution.
So kinda like Guam?
