Make a tax-deductible donation to the DU Alumni Merit Scholarship Fund and you will receive an approval certificate to purchase your DU license plate. Take your certificate to a Colorado Department of Motor Vehicles upon vehicle registration.
The DMV considers DU plates to be special issue and requires at one-time fee of $25 in addition to registration fees.
