This a player that should be able to help the Pios. He's made quite an impact with Lincoln after returning from an injury - both Wisconsin and North Dakota wanted him. He's only 17, so we'll see when they decide to bring him to Denver....

DU won a recruiting war with UND for this kid. Props to Gwoz and his staff on this one. Now if we would only hear some positive news on Riley Nash......

Dayum ... you sure want a lot. Martin is a great prospect. Bozak will come in and contribute next year. Ostow is a playmer and goal scorer who can skate. And Cheverie will be able to step right into a rotation with Mannino. I've followed Gregoire since he played with Kevin Clark for Winnipeg South and he'll be a helluva good player too.

Tell gwoz to go find a role player and leave Nash to someone else.

Donald,

The way players bolt college early these days you can never have enough in the cupboard. Today's Denver Post is reporting that DU is also talking with Dan Comrie, cousin of former DUer Paul, who resumed his career with Gregoire in Lincoln this season. Dan was originally slated to come to DU with the current junior class. He stopped playing hockey due to a series of concussions and only resumed playing this past season.

Sorry Pio fans, Gregoire has recently bailed on you for the good ol' Fighting Sioux....evidently he has become a much wiser man over the last few months....
