Thank you to DG and all the alumni support. With the success of the tailgates at both CC games this year at home, hopefully d.u.g.s. can be ever more present next year.

Let's go Denver! We'd love to drive the grill to DC.

Great pictures and way to go students, alums and fans. The team really knows when you are behind them and it gets them through the tough moments of the game. I could hear the crowd clearly through the internet broadcast and Jay and Nick kept mentioning how loud you were. I watched the game on tape right after and the energy I could see coming from the student section was outstanding. You have the ability to make things very uncomfortable for the opposing goalie in the 1st and 3rd periods. Keep up the good work.

Students were awesome last night. The whiteout was fantastic. Props to everyone who helped make it happen, including the legendary DG.

I can't thank everyone enough for all their support with the whiteout. It was 2 months ago when I first came up with the idea for the whiteout and didn't think much of it til DG told me to pursue it. So I did and last night was truly a night to remember. Can't wait to do it again. Thanks to everyone who attended.

Cub,

It was one of the great nights in DU Student Section history. Epic.

Wonderful slides that capture the spirt of the evening.

This year, we had four epic student section performances - the two CC games, the Notre Dame opener and the OSU homecoming game. Good start, and I'm proud of the ptogress we are making.

The goal next year is to get that number of "epic" student turnouts higher. Then we can start more choreographed participation stuff like you see at Wisconsin, Michigan and Cornell. Once it becomes the norm, then the pressure is on the old fart fans to join in. Once the new mascot is up and running, we need more groups of students to help spread the enthusiasm to other sections.
