The Denver Pioneers hockey team is currently ranked 2nd in the nation and returns to Magness Arena this Friday, February 5 @ 7:30 p.m. vs. Mercyhurst. Expect an empty student section this weekend- hence the $10 tickets. Winter Carnival means several hundred students are up at Winter Park.
Its too bad the students won't be out in force this weekend. Needless to say DU has seen two of the best students sections in the country in Wisconsin & North Dakota. To come home to nothing is a tragedy.
HEY DU: How about FREE tickets to students on Friday night on a first come first serve basis.
