Joe Sakic, the incomparable former leader of the Colorado Avalanche, was inducted into the Colorado Hall of Fame last night. Sakic told the audience that Denver is his home and predicted a bright future for the sport of hockey in the future. "Hockey in Colorado gets stronger every year," Sakic said.
