University of Denver freshman swimmer Samantha Corea was named to the Canadian national team for the Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico. She will compete in the 100 meters Butterfly.

President Barack Obama is returning to the University of Denver in two weeks. The president will make a campaign stop that will include a fundraising reception and discussion at the Ritchie Center.  The president last spoke at Magness Arena while he was a candidate seeking the Democratic nomination.

Regardless of how anyone feels on the political spectrum, it's always an honor when Presidents, candidates or other important politicians of any party come to our campus.

Hopefully some DU students will be allowed to attend.

I'm not making the Boston trip. Are (we) still doing the UW trip? I'm planning on going to see DU play the Badgers. Looking forward to iy. The UM trip last year was fun.
