Former Fort Collins lacrosse players Greg Rushing, Ryan LaPlante and Henry Miketa are no strangers to a playoff atmosphere.
Rushing,
now a senior at the University of Massachusetts, and Miketa, a senior
at the University of Denver, were both integral parts of the Fort
Collins Unified team's 2007 state championship team.
A
season later, LaPlante, now a freshman at DU, joined the squad as the
Vipers made a run at defending their championship before falling short
in the title game to Kent Denver [read entire article].
