Exciting game last night. CC gave DU a good push all night. Their forwards were aggressive and generated some good chances. CC is not an overly physical team, but they have some good skaters and can move the puck with speed.

Goal #2 for DU was an absolute thing of beauty. Nick made a perfect cross ice pass and Quentin blasted it up in the corner. And it was great to Jacobsen score a hard-working goal to get DU started.

Hopefully DU takes care of business tonight.

There was more parity this season in the WCHA than any other year in league history. Yet all six home teams won last night. Perhaps the league is so balanced, that the edge of playing at home is enough to tip the scales.

Sam Brittain gets the nod in goal tonight. Its critical that DU only plays two games this weekend, so Sam needs to step up.

According to the internet rumor chain, someone who knows Didier's Dad pretty well said he has a combo of groin/hamstring pull, probably won't be back this weekend or next, not sure about for the tourney, either.

Not good.
