Mile High Sports Magazine Profiles Joe Scott

We. Us. Our.

Thanks for the article DG.

A friend told me about Joe Scott when he started at DU and it didn't take long to appreciate his brand of coaching. I was a casual college basketball fan but got tired of the Syracuse, Kansas, Kentucky teams that played more one-on-one and thought DU could never compete, even as a mid-major. Now, I can't wait for Thursday night and Saturday.

Having a great basketball team to go with a great hockey team makes the winter go a lot faster. And, we have great players and coaches on both teams.

Joe was a great hire by Peg.

Excellent article for sure.

It would take a long time to break down my thoughts on Joe Scott. Based on where the program is today he looks like a homerun.

Like that he went public last week and challenged the students to step up for the last three games.

Wish he'd done more of that several years ago.

Love that he seems to always be at local DU haunts with his coaches, players or family for breakfasts & lunch meetings.

Obviously getting the job done recruiting.

Not a fan of the temper, but Tierney is fiery as well so if you give one a pass...

Fun to watch DU hoops on TV
