Total Hockey Academy Opens In Denver

Yesterday's Denver Post features an article about Nick Larson and the Total Hockey Academy that recently opened in Westminster (a Denver suburb). Larson, a 2005 DU graduate, helped the Pioneers capture the 2004 and 2005 NCAA National Championships.

Originally from Moorhead, Minn., Larson is the director of sports performance at the Academy.

Total Hockey is a technology-based and skill-driven facility near the Westminster Mall. There's only synthetic ice here, but it beats the heck out of any dryland training center of its kind on the Front Range.

Check out the article by Mike Chambers.
