As always, we will be grilling something you can't get in the dining hall or anywhere near campus for that matter. Pork loin sandwiches, bratwursts, and turkey legs is the tentative menu.

Speaking of the Pork Lion, I hate it when restaurants overcook pork. People freak out about trichinosis but I think that its just an urban legend. No one gets trichinosis in the US.

Sounds like fun ... wish they did it on saturday afternoons! Lousy employment....
